Dionne Drakulich
Dr. Drakulich enjoys getting to know her patients and their healthcare goals. Her practice focuses on providing patients with the knowledge and guidance to make patient-centered medical decisions – specializing in:
Prenatal care, full scope low and high risk
Infertility
Minimally-invasive surgery
Vaginal surgery including vaginal hysterectomy
Surgical and medical treatment of endometriosis
Complex ultrasonography
Irregular bleeding
Treatment of uterine fibroids
Evaluation and treatment of pelvic organ prolapse, prolapse of bladder and uterus
Management of menopause, including hormonal replacement therapies as supported by the North American Menopause Society (NAMS)
Dr. Drakulich attended medical school in her hometown at the University of Nevada, Reno and completed her residency training in New Orleans at Tulane University School of Medicine. She relocated to Missoula to begin practicing medicine with her family members.
In recent years, her awards include "Excellence in Teaching" and "Outstanding Physician Performance." She is grateful to have had the opportunity to assist with medical care in Central America, Dominican Republic & Uganda.
When not at work Dr. Drakulich loves spending time with her daughter, husband and dogs. She enjoys travel, hiking, rafting, scuba diving, backcountry skiing, and lake time.

Tondy Baumgartner
Dr. Baumgartner was born at Community Medical Center, raised in Missoula and is a graduate of Sentinel High School. She completed her undergraduate studies at Mount Holyoke College, where she earned a BA in Neuroscience and was a member of the varsity tennis team. Subsequently, she worked as a paralegal for two years in Washington, DC and New York, NY. She then taught high school math & science, as well as coached the boys’ varsity tennis team, for three years at High School for Environmental Studies in New York as part of the NYC Teaching Fellows program.
While teaching and coaching, Dr. Baumgartner earned a Master of Science in Education from the City College of New York. She then earned her medical degree from the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health in Madison, WI and completed her residency in obstetrics & gynecology at the Indiana University School of Medicine in Indianapolis, IN.
Dr. Baumgartner is excited to be practicing in Missoula with her husband, Kelly, (also a Missoula native) and her two sons. Outside of work Tondy enjoys travel, hiking, skiing and tennis.

Paul Baumgartner
Dr. Baumgartner grew up in Missoula and is following his father’s, Thomas Baumgartner, footsteps as an OB/GYN in Missoula. He grew up in Missoula, spending his childhood enjoying the mountains and rivers of Western Montana. He graduated from medical school at the University of Nevada, with his future wife and practice partner. He completed his residency training in New Orleans at Tulane University School of Medicine.
Paul’s practice focuses on an open-minded, individualized and patient-centered approach to pregnancy, labor and delivery and gynecologic care, specializing in:
Prenatal care and delivery including low and high-risk obstetrics, vaginal deliveries, vaginal delivery after Cesarean, and repeat surgical deliveries
Minimally invasive and individualized approach to hysterectomy including vaginal and total laparoscopic hysterectomy
Treatment of uterine fibroids
Evaluation and treatment of pelvic organ prolapse, prolapse of bladder, uterus, and rectum
Infertility
Irregular bleeding

Outside of medicine, Paul enjoys spending time with his family, new baby girl and his Rhodesian Ridgeback, Zula. He spends his free time fly fishing, rafting, hiking, and playing tennis.
He and his wife have participated in numerous surgical and medical missions to Africa and Central America.
